Schedule: Monday-Friday 9 to 5

Colavita USA seeks a highly motivated team player with a minimum of five (5) years of related experience to manage its retail product sales in the Midwest U.S. Key functions include developing and executing sales plans and goals, managing a broker network, developing new accounts and servicing of existing accounts, creating partnering relationships with retailers, distributors and brokers, alike. Travel required.


  • Proactive with excellent follow through.
  • Strong interpersonal, oral/written communication skills.
  • Comfortable in a collaborative, family-owned company culture.
  • Strong problem solver and negotiator.
  • Manage brokers within assigned territory to achieve targeted sales goals and objectives.
  • Utilize trade promotion management tool for promotional planning and related claim processing. Responsible for broker management of same.
  • High degree of professionalism, reliability, and trustworthiness.
  • Preparation of Category presentations.
  • Comfortable in making group / corporate presentations.
  • Must be willing to travel within the assigned territory and to corporate office, as needed.
  • Expected attendance at Distributor and Trade events.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Data analytics and computer skills, including TPM programs, MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.


  • Experience:
    Minimum five (5) years of retail sales/account manager experience.
    Foodservice experience a plus.
  • Education:
    Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business management (or related field).
