Fine and aromatic, this naturally aged wine vinegar has been produced according to traditional methods of aging selected wines for long periods in wooden barrels. Gluten free.

  Cucumber, Tomato & Onion Salad 1/3 Cup Colavita Aged Red Wine Vinegar 1 TBS Sugar 1 Tsp Salt 3 TBS Olive Oil 1 Tsp Oregano Salt & Pepper to taste Dice One: Tomato, Cukes and Onion and remove any juice from tomato's. Marinate overnight in the refrig and enjoy !!
