  As a kid growing up my grandmother who was from Salerno,Italy, used nothing but a red wine vinegar. As I got older I tried the balsamic vinegars but never really cared for them. A friend gave me a bottle of this to try and I fell in love. I love the taste of this with a good olive oil for a salad and will now use nothing but this white balsamic. My husband who is Irish even likes this....!!! It has great taste...Try it you might like it !!!

  This is the BEST balsamic I have ever tasted. I have been trying to duplicate a recipe from a local restaurant. I tried many balsamics...but this is the one. It was delicious!!!
