  I purchased this product to use in my cafe. The instructions stated it could be microwaved. Much to my amazement, I followed the directions and was very pleasantly surprised to find the cooking time cut down considerably and the quality was not compromised. My customers loved the texture as well as the pasta sauce that I used...which was mine, of course!!
