2 cups orange sections 1/2 cup finely chopped red onion 1/2 cup finely chopped jicama 2 Tbsp. finely chopped red bell pepper 2 Tbsp. fresh lime juice 1 Tbsp. jalapeno chile, minced 1 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation:
Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl. Cover and refrigerate until chilled. It goes with just about everything from chicken to fish to pork.
