1. Melt chocolate squares with the olive oil in microwave or top of stove. Set aside.
2. In bowl beat the 4 eggs, add, the vanilla, and the sugar.
3. Sift and stir in the flour, baking powder, salt and the add the cooled chocolate and olive oil.
4. Add nuts if desired.
5. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes in greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Remove from oven.
6. Lay 1 large Hershey candy bar on top-put back in oven for 1 minute or so to melt the bar. Spread out the melted bar as if it's frosting.
