Mushrooms and Peppers Italian
Try this tasty topping over a steak, or even an omelet. 
Origin: Italian
Ingredients:

1 pound fresh mushrooms, cleaned and sliced
2 large green bell peppers, seeded and sliced into 1/2 inch strips
1 medium onion, halved and  sliced
1/4 cup COLAVITA Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 large tomatoes, peeled and sliced
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1/8 teaspoon dried oregano
1/8 teaspoon dried basil
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder


Preparation:


In a large skillet heat the oil; add the mushrooms, peppers and onions; saute until mushrooms are golden. Add tomatoes and seasonings; stir gently. Cover and simmer 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Make 6 - 8 servings.
