Preparation:
Using a whisk, blend all the dry ingredients (flour, wheat germ, cornmeal, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt) together in a large bowl. In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs and oil. Whisk together the wet and dry ingredients. The mixed batter should be somewhat lumpy, not smooth. For each pancake, pour about 1/4 cup of batter onto a hot, oiled griddle. Flip when bubbles appear on pancake. Makes about 15 pancakes.
