Baci Rum Shots
Origin: Perugina's Master Chocolatier & Pastry Chef Vivien Reimbelli
Ingredients:

6 Perugina Baci
2 ounces dark rum
4 tablespoons sour cream
Cinnamon


Preparation:


Finely mince 2 of the Baci candies. Place in a microwave safe bowl; add the rum, cream and a pinch of cinnamon.  Melt in the microwave until soft.  Stir well and pour into shot glasses or small cups.  Top with the remaining Baci. Makes 4 shots.
