| Modesta's Favorite Guacamole |
Modesta likes to relax with some guacamole after a hard days training; made heart healthy with ripe avocados and Colavita Extra Virgin Olive Oil.

Ingredients:
2 ripe but still firm avocados 1 teaspoon chopped garlic, or to taste 1/2 a lime, juiced Sea salt, to taste 1 tablespoon COLAVITA Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1 large tomato, chopped 2 tablespoons minced cilantro, or to taste

Preparation:
Mash the avocado flesh in a bowl, to desired consistency. Stir in garlic, to taste, along with the lime juice, sea salt and olive oil. Mix well to combine. Fold in the cilantro and tomatoes. Serves 4 - 6 Per Serving: 135 Calories (77.5% from fat); 13g Fat (2g Sat, 8g Mono, 2g Poly); 2g Protein; 7g Carbohydrate; 2g Dietary Fiber; 0mg Cholesterol; 166mg Sodium.
