Steam the green beans until tender, about 10 to 15 minutes. Heat the oil in a small saute pan, add the almonds; saute over medium heat until lightly browned, about 2 minutes (take care they don't burn). Add the green beans along with the butter and lemon juice. Stir to combine. Add salt and pepper to taste.
