Preparation:
Preheat gas or charcoal grill to high. Mix the butter, olive oil, cilantro (or parsley), green onion, garlic, salt and pepper together until well combined. When ready to cook, put the corn on the grill and grill; turning occasionally and basting with the butter mixture. Remove the corn when it is nice and browned in spots, about 10 minutes. Baste one more time with butter mixture and serve.
