Ingredients:
1 medium fennel bulb, trimmed, cut in half lengthwise and thinly sliced 1 large orange, peeled and cut between membranes into sections 1/4 cup COLAVITA Extra Virgin Olive Oil Salt and pepper, to taste |
Preparation:
Place the fennel and orange sections into a serving bowl. Drizzle with the olive oil, season with salt and pepper; toss gently and serve.
