Herb Paste Marinade
Ingredients:

1 Packet GOOD SEASONS ZEST ITALIAN Salad Dressing Mix
1/2 Cup fresh packed Basil Leaves
1/2 Cup fresh broad-leaf parsley
1/4 Cup BASALMIC VINEGAR
1/4 Cup COLAVITA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL
2 Tablespoons Dijon Mustard


Preparation:


Combine ingredients in the top of a blender or food processor and pulse until a coarse paste forms. Use a rubber spatula to remove to a small bowl. This marinade should be rubbed on chicken, meat or fish, covered and refrigerated for at least 4 hours up to 24 hours before grilling. I usually pass a cruet of basalmic vinegar to drizzle over the finished dish.
