| Easy Garlic Pizza & Maytag Blue Salad |

Ingredients:
Pizza: 1 tablespoon COLAVITA Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1 tablespoon cornmeal, or as needed 1 batch pizza dough, homemade or prepared 1 cup shredded white cheddar cheese 1 cup shredded Velveeta cheese 1 tablespoon Italian seasonings 1 teaspoon garlic powder Paprika Large Spanish green olives (optional)
Maytag Blue Salad 1 head iceberg lettuce, rinsed, chilled and divided into small chunks 6 scallions, sliced thin Freshly ground pepper 3 ounces Maytag blue cheese, crumbled* Dressing: 1/3 cup COLAVITA Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1/3 cup COLAVITA White Wine Vinegar 1 tablespoon sugar 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Preparation:
Pizza: 1. Lightly coat aluminum pizza pan with a thin coating of olive oil. Liberally sprinkle cornmeal on pan. 2. Spread pizza dough evenly over pan edge to edge. Spread thin layer of olive oil on top. 3. Sprinkle mixture of cheese evenly, leaving edges bare. Sprinkle Italian seasonings and garlic powder evenly over pizza; sprinkle lightly with paprika. 4. If desired, cut green olives in half and arrange on pizza. 5. Bake at 350 degrees 10-12 minutes, until cheese is melted and edges are lightly browned. Slice and serve immediately with Maytag Blue Salad. Maytag Blue Salad: 1. Arrange lettuce chunks in individual salad bowls. Sprinkle green onions over lettuce. Grind black pepper over to taste. Sprinkle crumbled cheese over top. In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, vinegar, sugar and Italian seasonings; mix well. Drizzle sparingly over salad. Serve immediately.
