1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. 2. Using a paper towel coat the inside of a 10-inch non-stick Bundt pan with Colavita Extra Virgin Olive Oil, then coat lightly with flour; tap to remove excess flour. 3. In a medium bowl combine filling ingredients; set aside. 4. In another medium bowl sift together the dry ingredients; set aside. 5. In a large bowl with an electric mixer at high speed, beat together the orange cooking oil, vanilla, and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. 6. Lower speed; add dry ingredients alternating with the yogurt; beat only until combined. 7. Spread a thin layer of batter in the bottom of the prepared pan (about 1/4 of the batter). Sprinkle with about 1/3 of the filling. Repeat twice, spooning the batter evenly over the filling in a thin layer and spreading carefully over the filling, finishing with a layer of batter. 8. Bake in preheated oven for about 60 minutes, or until cake tester comes out clean and top of cake is golden brown and firm. Cool in the pan for 5 minutes, loosen the edges with a knife; invert onto a serving plate. 10. In a small bowl, combine glaze ingredients, adding enough orange juice to make a thick pourable icing. Beat with a spoon until smooth. Pour the glaze slowly over the warm cake, letting it drip down the sides. Serve warm or cooled.
