Seafood Pasta
Origin: Italian
Ingredients:

1/2 cup COLAVITA Extra Virgin Olive Oil
3 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 cup dry white wine
2 cups heavy cream
Salt and pepper, to taste
Pinch cayenne pepper, (optional)
3/4 pound sea scallops
3/4 pound medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 (6 1/2-ounce)cans chopped clams, with juice
Mussels, chopped (optional)
1 pound COLAVITA Linguine, cooked according to package directions
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley


Preparation:


In 5 quart saucepan, heat olive oil; saute garlic; add wine, cream, salt, pepper and cayenne pepper, if using. Bring to a slow boil. Add seafood; lower heat; cook until seafood is opaque. Pour over linguine and toss to coat. Place on serving platter; garnish with parsley. Serve immediately.
