| Spaghetti Pie |

Ingredients:
8 ounces COLAVITA Spaghetti, cooked according to package directions 2 tablespoons COLAVITA Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese 2 eggs, well-beaten 1 cup ricotta cheese, at room temperature 1 pound lean ground beef or sweet Italian sausage 1/2 cup onions, chopped 1/4 cup green peppers, chopped 1 (8-ounce) can tomatoes, chopped 1 (6-ounce) can tomato paste 1 teaspoon sugar 1 teaspoon oregano 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella

Preparation:
1. In a large bowl, combine the spaghetti, oil, cheese and eggs; form into a "crust" in the bottom of a lightly oiled 10" pie plate. 2. Spread ricotta over bottom of spaghetti crust. 3. In skillet cook the ground beef or sausage (casing removed), along with the onion and green pepper until vegetables are tender and meat is browned. Drain off excess fat. Stir in tomatoes, tomato paste, sugar, oregano and garlic salt; heat thoroughly. Turn meat mixture into spaghetti crust. Bake, uncovered, in 350 degree oven for 20 minutes. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top. Bake 5 minutes longer or until cheese melts.
