American Eggs (Scrambled Eggs)

Fried or scrambled, the traditional American breakfast is incomplete without eggs. Ingredients:

1 tablespoon COLAVITA Extra Virgin Olive Oil
4 eggs
Salt and freshly ground pepper
Pinch of paprika
1- 2 slices American cheese, folded and broken into small pieces


Preparation:


Beat eggs with salt, pepper and paprika. Stir in cheese. Heat olive oil in a non-stick or cast-iron skillet. Pour in egg mixture and cook, stirring gently, until desired consistency.
