Ingredients:
4 tablespoons COLAVITA Extra Virgin Olive Oil 3 cloves garlic, minced 1 (28-ounce) can crushed tomatoes 1 (15-ounce) can cannellini beans, undrained 1 teaspoon dried oregano 1 pound COLAVITA Ditalini Pasta, cooked according to package directions, 1/2 cup pasta water reserved 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes Salt and pepper, to taste

Preparation:
Saute garlic in olive oil, add tomatoes, salt and pepper; simmer 15 minutes. Add oregano and cannellini beans, simmer 10 minutes longer. Add cooked ditalini and some reserved water, if needed. Toss well. Serve with grated cheese and hot pepper flakes.
