Preparation:
Mix dressing base according to package directions, using Colavita Extra Virgin Olive Oil and balsamic vinegar. In a large bowl, combine the salad ingredients; toss with approximately 1/2 cup of the dressing. Adjust the amount of dressing used according to your taste. Makes 6 to 7 servings, as a side salad.
