Preparation:
Prepare the dressing: Combine the Good Seasons mix according to package directions, using Colavita Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Balsamic Vinegar. Shake well and set aside.
Prepare the salad: In a large bowl, combine the lettuce, red onion and radish; toss with 1/3 cup of the salad dressing. Place the salad on a large square serving platter and arrange the blueberries, cauliflower and red pepper in stripes over the top of the salad. Drizzle with additional dressing.
