Extra Virgin Olive Oil Dipping Sauce
Ingredients:

3/4 cup COLAVITA Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/4 cup COLAVITA Balsamic Vinegar
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon sugar
Salt and freshly ground black pepper,
to taste


Preparation:


Mix all ingredients together.
Variations:
1. Eliminate mustard;  add juice of 1/2 lemon along with 1 tablespoon dried Italian herbs and a sprinkle red pepper flakes. 2. Eliminate mustard, add 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese.  3. Eliminate mustard, add curry powder, to taste.
