Preparation:
1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.2. Sift together the flour, salt, soda, and baking powder in a medium bowl. Stir in 3/4 cup of the pine nuts.3. Beat the eggs in a large bowl. Add the olive oil and 1 cup sugar; beat until fluffy. Stir in the yogurt, then the lemon juice, lemon rind, and rosemary. Stir in the dry ingredients, just until moistened.4. Divide the batter between 2 greased 8 or 9 inch loaf pans. Sprinkle the remaining pine nuts over the top of the batter. Sprinkle each loaf with 1 tablespoon sugar.5. Bake for 1 hour. Cool completely on a wire rack. Store tightly wrapped. Makes 2 loaves, 12 slices each
