2 Tbsp. horseradish 1/2 Tbsp. plain nonfat yogurt 1 tsp. Johnny Ciao's BarBQ Blues (or 1/2 tsp. paprika and 1/2 tsp. chile powder) 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh thyme leaves 1 tsp. Johnny Ciao's Jazzy Pepper (or 1 tsp. coarse black pepper) 1/2 tsp. COLAVITA OLIVE OIL
Preparation:
Mix all ingredients together in the bowl to be used for marinating the meat. Use as a marinade for steaks, pork chops, chicken breast and other cuts of meat. Makes enough for 1 pound of meat
