Ingredients:
1 yellow crooked-neck squash, sliced into 1/8 inch thick slices 1 zucchini squash, sliced in 1/8 inch slices 1 - 2 carrots, peeled and cut into julienne strips 1 cup sliced onion (use red or sweet yellow) 1 red, yellow or green pepper, seeded and sliced 1 cup okra, trimmed and sliced into 1/8 inch slices 1/4 cup COLAVITA Extra Virgin Olive Oil Seasoned salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Preparation:
In a large skillet heat the olive oil, when hot add all the vegetables and saute for about 10 to 15 minutes, or until the vegetables are done to your liking. Season with seasoned salt and pepper, to taste. Makes 6 servings.
