In a large bowl whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, apricot preserves, soy sauce, A-1 Sauce, hot pepper sauce and golden rum. Add the pork pieces and mix well. Cover and refrigerate for several hours, stirring occasionally. When ready to serve, remove the meat from the marinade; broil for about 6 minutes or until cooked; basing once with the marinade. Makes 24 servings.
