Fruit Compote

Ingredients:

1 naval orange
1 small banana
1 cup pineapple chunks, canned or fresh
1 tsp. cinnamon sugar
2 ounces fruity liqueur (e.g., raspberry or orange liqueur; cherry, peach or blueberry schnapps)


Preparation:


Peel the orange and cut into chunks. Be sure to remove white veins. Peel and slice the banana. Combine orange, banana, and pineapple in a bowl and toss with cinnamon sugar. Arrange in individual dessert bowls. Before serving, splash with liqueur.
