Preparation:
1. Place half the herbs and lemon slices in the bottom of a shallow platter. Season fish inside and out with salt and pepper; drizzle 3 tablespoons Fruttato inside and out. Place the remaining herbs and lemon slices over the top of the fish and inside the cavity. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours and up to 4.
2. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Remove fish from the refrigerator; discard herbs and lemon slices. Pat fish dry. Put flour on a shallow platter, season with salt and pepper; dredge the fish on both sides. Heat remaining 3 tablespoons Fruttato in an ovenproof skillet large enough to hold the fish; when oil is hot, add the fish; brown on both sides. Place the skillet in the oven and bake 10 - 15 minutes or until the fish is cooked through. Drizzle with additional Fruttato and serve topped with parsley and lemon wedges, if desired.
