Herbed Orzo

Ingredients:

1 cup uncooked COLAVITA Orzo Pasta
2 teaspoons COLAVITA Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
1/2 teaspoon minced fresh thyme
1/2 teaspoon minced fresh oregano
1/2 teaspoon minced fresh tarragon
Salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste


Preparation:


Cook orzo according to package directions.  Drain well.  Return to the pot and add the olive oil, herbs, salt and pepper.  Stir well.  Taste and adjust seasonings.  Serve hot.
