Ingredients:
1/2 cup brown sugar 1 teaspoon garlic salt 1 teaspoon dry mustard 1/2 teaspoon onion powder 1 cup catsup 1/2 cup water 1 tablespoon COLAVITA Balsamic Vinegar 1 - 2 tablespoons COLAVITA Raspberry Balsamic Glace 3 chilies in adobo Adobo sauce, if desired
Preparation:
Place all the ingredients in a blender or food processor. Process until smooth. Transfer to a jar and allow to sit in the refrigerator for a few hours at least to allow the flavors to blend. If you like a sweeter sauce, add a bit more of the glace, if you like it hotter, add a bit of the sauce from the adobo.
