Herb Bread Roll
Origin: Italian
Ingredients:

1/4 lb. black olives, chopped
1/4 lb. green olives, chopped
2 oz. can anchovies, mashed
1 Tbsp. capers
1/2 cup cooked mushrooms (chopped)
1/3 cup Colavita olive oil
2 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
2 garlic cloves, chopped
4 fresh basil leaves (chopped)
1/2 tsp. hot pepper flakes
1 lb. bread dough (fresh or frozen)


Preparation:


Roll out bread dough to about 1/2" thickness in a rectangular shape. Mix all ingredients and spread on top of the dough to 1" of the edge. Roll up dough in a jelly roll form. Pinch edges and lay on the seam. Bake in a preheated oven 400 degrees about 30 minutes until golden brown. Let cool slightly then slice.
