Preparation:
Preheat oven to 375 Degrees F. In a bowl, mix together the flour, salt and baking soda. In a large mixing bowl, beat together the eggs and olive oil; add sugars and vanilla, mix until well incorporated. Add dry ingredients a little at a time, mix until well blended. Stir in chocolate morsels and nuts. Drop by rounded tablespoon onto an ungreased baking sheet. Bake 9 - 11 minutes or until bottom of cookies are golden brown. Let sit on baking sheet 2 minutes; remove to wire rack to cool. Makes 4 - 5 dozen cookies.
