Preparation:
In a large bowl, combine the beans, red pepper, scallions, olives and ham. Gently fold in 2 tablespoons of the basil. In a small bowl, whisk together the chopped garlic, seasoning mix, olive oil, balsamic and mustard. Add the warm pasta to the beans; stir in the dressing, fold gently to combine. Sprinkle with remaining basil. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
