American Eggs (Fried Eggs)

Fried or scrambled, the traditional American breakfast is incomplete without eggs. COLAVITA Extra Virgin Olive Oil makes a delicious difference when used in place of butter or margarine in cooking eggs. Since olive oil burns less easily than butter, these recipes are virtually foolproof.
Ingredients:

1 tablespoon COLAVITA Extra Virgin Olive Oil
4 eggs
Salt and pepper to taste


Preparation:


Heat oil in non-stick or cast-iron skillet. Break eggs into a small bowl one at time, and slide egg onto skillet. Cook eggs until done as you like them; sprinkle with salt and pepper.
